With the holidays just around the corner Unity recognizes the importance of supporting those in need. Over the past two weeks staff from our Peterborough, Collingwood, and Kitchener studios have gathered non-perishable food items for their local food banks.

The donations will ensure that this holiday season is a little brighter for members of our community. This year we remind others that the smallest gesture of kindness can have the biggest impact, if you can, considering donating to your local food bank today!
