“Many new public buildings in Canada are just mean; this one feels generous and hospitable.”

Tiny Township Administration Centre (TTAC)
The Tiny Township Administrative Centre reflects Unity’s regenerative design approach, harmonizing architecture with nature to support community well-being. Set within 58.5 hectares beside Simcoe County Forest, this net-zero energy, net-zero carbon facility utilizes mass timber, geothermal systems for heating and cooling, and on-site power generation.
Careful planning ensures minimal ecological impact on the site’s natural features. The project emphasizes the building’s dual role in enhancing public service delivery while standing as a living example of thoughtful, human-centred architecture that connects, inspires, and sustains both people and the environment.
“The Truth is in the model.”
